The Recruitment Process


We have an online recruitment process that includes a vacancy search facility, online application form and online interview booking. The majority of our communication with you is by email, so you will need an email address that you check regularly.

The selection process for most roles usually consists of an interview or assessment day and may also include a written test, presentation or group exercise. During the selection process, you will also find out more about working for the company and the role you have applied for. Interviews are usually held at our offices in Port Solent, Portsmouth, England.

You may also be asked to bring along various documentation depending on the role you have applied for e.g. passport, qualifications.
